Firstly, I need to preface this tip.
Building an Online Business
You are building an online business, correct?
Unquestionably, In order to do that, you must increase your database such as increasing your platform reach and increasing your friends and followers..
You always need new people to be looking at buying your products and services. If you don’t, then your business will fail.
When you make new friends on social media, avoid making this fatal mistake…spamming them with your products and opportunity.
Spamming New Friends
If you are immediately spamming your new friends, this is the quickest way for you to get blocked.
Instead of sending your new friend a long copy/paste message about your company and products and how they can join your group…develop a relationship!
In my opinion, this sounds funny but, it is a must to build your customer and business partner list. It is important to be a human first. No one wants to be spammed with the details about your company, products, and groups. It’s not natural to build a relationship that way.
Take this example…When you meet a new person at a coffee shop or store, you don’t say HI and then vomit all over them about your business and how they can join you, right?
Be Intentional
Therefore, be intentional, build a relationship, ask questions, find out their pains.
In the end, you will know about them and if what you have to offer is something that they are looking for.
If you don’t have relationship building skills, then seek education or coaching to develop that crucial skillset.
In conclusion, it’s important to be as natural as you can be. Just pretend it is your best friend in front of you and you haven’t seen them in a long time.
