If you’re like most people, the thought of coming up with new content for social media can be daunting. Where do you even start? And more importantly, how do you keep the content flowing so that your social media doesn’t become a creative wasteland?

Never fear, my fellow network marketers! I’m here to show you the way. With these simple tips, you’ll have an endless stream of content ideas that will keep your social media fresh and engaging. So let’s get started!

 1. Plan ahead – think of topics you want to write about and save them in a document or note on your phone.

Then when you are struggling to be creative, go back to your phone notes and jog your memory.

We always seem to be creative when we are taking a shower, wake up in the middle of the night, or while driving.

Keeping a running log of content ideas will remove the stress barrier.

2. Find inspiration online – read other blogs, watch videos, and follow social media accounts that interest you.

Quotes are a great way to share meaningful insights without having to come up with your own content. They’re also a great way to show off your personality, and they can be used in just about any social media platform. Just make sure to credit the source whenever possible.

3. Get creative with your content – use infographics, images, and interesting facts to break up your text.

Not only are they visually appealing, but they also help make your content more shareable.

4. Plan ahead – take a look at your editorial calendar and plan out your content well in advance.

That way, you’ll never find yourself stuck for ideas, and you’ll be able to better maximize each post’s reach.

Also be sure that you stay flexible in your posting plan to accommodate current events that are happening in your family and the world.

5. Repurpose old content – if you’ve written something before, there’s no reason why you can’t post it again with a new spin.

Most people will have no idea what you posted 6 months ago let alone what you posted a month ago.

You don’t always have to be re-creating the wheel. Take advantage of past creations.

6. Experiment – there’s no harm in trying out new things, even if they don’t always work out.

It can be a fun way to keep your followers guessing and to see what kinds of content they respond to the best.

Plus, you never know what will suddenly go viral, so it’s always worth testing out new ideas.

Pro-Tip-be sure that you are evaluating your posting methods. Numbers don’t lie and give you vital feedback to see what is working and what is not.

7. Be consistent with your posting frequency and stick to a schedule.

Your followers will come to expect new content from you at certain times and if you suddenly disappear, they may lose interest.

Ideally, you should be posting something new every day, but if that’s not possible, try to post at least a few times a week.

Endless content for social media doesn’t have to be hard to come by. If you have a few ideas of topics, you can rotate between the topics to give your audience a wide variety of education and entertainment.

And, if you’re ever stuck for something to talk about, don’t be afraid to reach out to others in your industry for ideas. As long as you’re being authentic and providing valuable content, your followers will appreciate it!
